YYeet Terms & Conditions

This document is issued by Digital Vision Experts ("YYeet", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). It is written in corporate legal English and intended to be legally binding where applicable. This document should be read together with YYeet's Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Platform Policy, and Child Safety & Protection Policy. Effective Date: __________.



1. Acceptance of the Agreement

1.1 Binding Agreement. By creating an account, accessing, or using the YYeet platform, you enter into a binding agreement with YYeet Technologies and agree to these Terms.
1.2 Related Policies. You also agree to the Privacy Policy, Platform Policy, and Child Safety & Protection Policy, which are incorporated by reference.



2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age. You must be at least 13 years old to use YYeet (or older if your jurisdiction requires). Users under 18 must have verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
2.3 Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.



3. User Content and License

3.1 Ownership. You retain ownership of content you submit.
3.2 License to YYeet. You grant YYeet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, perform, display, and distribute your content for operating and promoting the services.
3.3 Removal. You may delete your content; residual copies may persist in backups for a limited period.
3.4 Feedback. You grant YYeet a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use feedback and suggestions for any purpose without obligation.



4. Prohibited Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities include:
  (a) illegal content or activity;
  (b) harassment, hate speech, or threats;
  (c) sexual content involving minors;
  (d) intellectual property infringement;
  (e) spam, bots, scraping;
  (f) attempts to bypass age controls;
  (g) fraud or token manipulation;
  (h) reverse engineering without permission.

4.2 Enforcement. Violation may result in content removal, feature limits, suspension, or account termination without prior notice in severe cases.



5. Virtual Items, Tokens, and Payments

5.1 Virtual Items. Virtual items and tokens have no monetary value and are non-transferable except as permitted by YYeet.
5.2 Purchases. All purchases are final unless required by law; platform fees may apply.
5.3 Refunds. Refund requests are handled pursuant to App Store/Google Play policies and applicable local laws.
5.4 Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the services.



6. Intellectual Property of YYeet

6.1 Platform IP. The services, software, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by YYeet or its licensors and protected by law.
6.2 Limited License. Subject to your compliance, YYeet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes.



7. Termination and Suspension

7.1 Termination by You. You may stop using the services at any time and request account deletion.
7.2 Termination by YYeet. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or to protect users or the platform.
7.3 Effect. Upon termination, your right to access the services ends; certain provisions survive (e.g., IP, limitation of liability, dispute resolution).



8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 AS IS. The services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
8.2 No Warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.3 Limitation. YYeet and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
8.4 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YYeet from claims arising out of your content or breach of these Terms.



9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
9.2 Jurisdiction. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
9.3 Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, parties shall attempt informal resolution by contacting support@yyeet.com.



10. Changes and Notices

10.1 Updates. We may modify these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or via email.
10.2 Effective Date. Changes become effective on the stated date. Continued use signifies acceptance.
